Does anyone know the additional weight added by the pano roof?

This does not make sense to me because: (1) I thought that glass roofs weigh considerably more (e.g., well over 100 lbs); and (2) MB's sales matarials disclose that the pano roof weighs more than the metal roof -- yet, 14 kg is very close to the same weight as the metal roof, and hardly warrants an "extra weight" disclosure.

PTI but other Panoroofs open and close requiring a motor and other mechanics. I don't think the GTS Pano moves right?

The ED1 cars get carbon so that's the way to go if you are looking to get a car.

True, the GTS Pano does not move, and that lightens the total weight of the roof. Nevertheless, I am still surprised that a big hunk of structural glass only weighs 14 kg. Moreover, why disclose such a small weight differential?

I agree that carbon is the way to go. However, I don't care for the ED1 cars and carbon is not otherwise an option.

Disregarding weight differential and assuming the Pano roof provides little utility to me, do you think a grey metallic car with black wheels and AMG night styling looks better with a Pano roof, or with a standard roof?

I wouldn't care either way based on your qualifier(s). Both will look great because the car looks great!
