redlining the gts while its parked
Hi guys. My friend redlined the crap out of my GTS while it was parked. Maybe 3 to 4 seconds. Will that do any real damage? I been searching for some answers on the web and did not find any.

no issues--- the redline is there for a reason during regular thru the gear driving and optimal hp output. If the car was cold (oil not up to temp) that would have bugged me as you don't want your car reaching 7k plus rpms on cold oil.

If your house is at Pelican Cove, could you ask him to do it in the middle of the day when his neighbors care less whether he revs up your GTS? He may have keys to your house! If it's not him, I've got another owner who likes to rev it up fairly regularly near me. I'm thinking it's the kids when dad is out..
