Rebellion Mercedes-AMG GTS Tuning Module 602bhp
Hi Guys,
Following on from our successful addition of the W205 C63S power module to our product line up we began testing and development on a kit for the AMG GTS.
Although basically the same power plant as the C63S, there are subtle differences that have meant changes in the way the kit works and functions.
Primarily a system was developed for the C63 owing to the difficulty involved in both removing and opening the ECU for a remap. The GTS is actually a lot easier as the ECU is located up top of the engine bay. That said many people still have worries about things like warranty and opening of the OEM ECU.
With that in mind we have a kit that will be released the end of this month (it is ready for release but we have three test cars running it on the road for 1500mile each.)
Importantly we wanted to make sure that any increases of power were across a good rpm range and not just at high RPM or peak levels.
We had numerous testing sessions on our 2000bhp AWD dyno at Rebellion HQ to ensure consistent before and after figures..
The results have been very pleasing, with the car picking up a gain of 59.8whp and 51.3Wtq. It should be noted that both the C63S and GTS both appear to produce high than factory figures in stock form (Circa engine power 535bhp as opposed to the claim 510bhp) Either way by the time you work a conversion, after tune you will be expecting to be seeing 600bhp...
Hope you enjoy the video...

MBWorld Fanatic!
How does this tune translate in 60-130 mph times before and after? Since some dyno's are more optimistic than others, acceleration times tend to remove many variables.
