Do not be scared with a matte paint from MB. This is my second one (had my matte alanite CLS 3.5 years) and it is the easiest paint to take care off.
You will have to live with the little nicks and dents if you do not protect it with a wrap but I can assure you MB has done an amazing job with their matte paint.

If you get matte just get the XPEL full body matte clear bra. They wrap the ENTIRE car and because it's matte you never have to worry, just wash the car with soap ... Zero maintenance and way more durable than matte paint.
You can even apply this on diamond white metallic to make it look Magno. Literally so good it looks like factory paint (which is not offered in Magno for any of the whites

the GTR in white is amazing btw...all the colors are good honestly. Even the green.. we sold one green hell..a diamond white, selenite grey, matte selenite grey and cardinal red ... I was curious to see a solarbeam yellow.. 2nd GTS we sold was that color..was nice.

I have the high end ...if you like your music to sound clear and good base ...I doubt the regular one will deliver ...I had the regular burmmaster in my 2016 GTS ...and remember being disappointed .... this one is very good ...not greatest car stereo given the price tag ...but the car deserves it if you like good sound.
