GTR PURCHASERS "IN WAITING"
FINALLY there appears to be some evidence that these cars are going to be released from the MB VPC's.
After exchanging emails here with several "owners in waiting", I checked out the various MB Dealership web sites and found at least 4 sites with GTR's posted as "In Transit".
MB MIAMI
MB FT LAUDERDALE
MB POMPANO BEACH
are some IN FLORIDA that have GTR's, colors, features and prices. However a check in ATL, CHI,VA, MD, PA shows nothing so far. That could be attributed to the July 4th holiday and a delay in getting the latest info up on the site.
So we just may get our cars at long last!
As JRCART said, we may never know WHY they were delayed for so long. The money is on the EPA.

Every thing I've heard is EPA. Florida I believe is not a CARB state so one less hurdle to pass. Sounds like all will have their cars soon and be able to start enjoying

Yes. Great to hear. I'm in Fort Lauderdale and one of those it's coming home with me. Have been waiting for some time like many of us in this forum. My amg sales person mentioned it could be as early as next week.... cheers!
