Funny you mention that. I listen to a lot of CME (continuing medical education) with convulated medical dialogue.
While I can't compare it to the base Burmester system, I did do a comparison between the High-End Burmester with USB and with Bluetooth and the clarity was night and day. I never would have expected that with non-music audio but that's definitely the case.

Nothing sweeter than speeding along in an AMG and learning about new therapeutic modalities ......NOT!

Haha I daily my GTS and morning traffic over surface streets makes for a relatively uneventful drive. Conducive to 30 minutes of CME. The drive home on the freeway is more eventful and I listen to music at that time.

It beats reading journals every night. Johns Hopkins article reviews.
I still like going to conferences the most, that's highest yield for me. Every specialty is different.

That’s hilarious! I listen to CME all the time too, when driving alone! Sounds good in my GLE63S with the stock HK, and music is excellent. I tried out the base sound system in the dealership vs the upgraded System in the GTC, and there was only a big diff when using blu-tooth audio streaming. I’m currently trying to update myself in arrhythmia prevention post CABG......

Hah! Yes! Except for when that doesn’t work! Apparently you need to supplement magnesium because it gets significantly depleted from being on bypass, and then apparently post-op ACE inhibitors dramatically decrease spontaneous v-tach (though I suspect that ventricular lead wires cause more myocardial irritation than many expect).
Ah, to listen to CME presentations while cruising in the GTC......maybe a case can be made to write off the burm upgrade as a business expense!
