Wheel Opinions
Trying to decide which wheels to go with. I've narrowed it down to maybe the HRE P101 or P204. I threw in the 104 as well just to see how it looks. What do y'all think? My car is selenite grey magno, if that matters. This is just the best photo I found to photoshop.

My car has the other OEM wheels. The lightweight ones with the chrome lip. At the very least, I'm going to black out the chrome lip on the stock wheels. But I've always liked the HRE P101, so that's what I'm leaning toward.
This one looks pretty nice with everything blacked out (the grill too). Not a huge fan of the ADV wheels, but the car does look good:

I'm thinking about it, yes. I like the way it looks in that video. Just gotta find a shop to do it. I reached out to the owner of that car in the vid to see where he got it done. But he's a celebrity, so I doubt he'll respond.

Tough choice. Personally for me, I'd give the edge to the P101's, but the P204's look great as well, I just think the P101 looks better.

I think a murdered GT dulls its lines and design elements, especially on a car with the terrific selenite grey which allows the design to shine (pardon the pun for mano owners). In fact, I'd like to chrome the side and hood grilles on my brilliant blue GT.
I recognize taste is in the eye of the owner, but I don't understand blacking everything out.

Out of the ones pictures, the S101's are really good looking IMO, good luck with the fun!

Yup, we all have different tastes. I think chrome is cheap looking on a car like this. This car is mean and angry. Blacked out adds to the aggression and youthful appearance. I'm going to take the Biturbo badges off the side as well. It's like cars back in the day that had "ABS" badges on the back to tell everybody they had anti-lock brakes lol. Seems weird to me to put badges and stickers all over a car to advertise the car's specs. I'm all about the sleek, clean look. I ordered the car without rear badges as well. Just the star emblem.

Chroming is a very old school process and it adds quite a lot of weight to the wheel because it's chrome plating. Polishing though doesn't add material, so we can still produce a lightweight wheel with all the benefits of a mirrored look, without the disadvantages of chroming which was primarily weight, but also longevity and durability. Chrome over time will rust so that's not ideal for us. All the Polishing we do in house so it'll certainly be up to HRE standards.

All I meant is that it's polished and shiny and metallic looking. I used the word 'chrome' as a colloquialism. I didn't mean the wheels are actually chromed. Either way, I want 'em all black And if I get HREs they're gonna be all black.

I'm really liking the P101s. I guess it will look a little something like this. I wish there was a database of cars and wheels online where you could select wheels and it would put 'em on your car. I know TireRack used to have something like this, but only for wheels they carry.

Speaking of caliper colors, what is a reasonable cost to paint the calipers? Mine are unpainted and I'm thinking of yellow or gold.
