After looking at the Weistec water/meth kit you may want to rethink, Methanol is highly corrosive to aluminum and may eat away at the charge cooler cores over time.
The water/meth injectors should be placed in the discharge pipe not the hot side.
I know 100% methanol 'can' be slightly corrosive but it wouldn't say it's highly corrosive. 50/50 water-meth comes out as a mist and is vaporized almost instantly cooling the charge. But I understand your concern..but to me it's really a non-concern. LS guys have been running 100% meth no problems!

Do you know what your peak boost pressure will be and do you know exactly how effective the water/meth injection will be at lowering charge temps ?
Also does your ECU tuning have a fail safe tune for when the water/meth injection runs out of liquid or pump/injector failure because they do ?
I think with your quest for speed it would be worth going with aftermarket wheels to both widen your track and reduce weight.
HRE P101's in those same sizes for example, would come in at sub 9 kg (20 lbs) for the fronts and 10 kg (22.2 lbs) for the rear. That's a rotational weight saving of 9.5 kg (21 lbs) which is equivalent to taking 33.3 kg (73.5 lbs) out of the vehicle.
