Suntek ultra on GTR front bumper...very pleased.
I just did the front of my GTR with Suntek Ultra including the headlights.....very pleased with results ...
My advice: ...pick the right installer ....this one printed pre-cut GTR specific film panels...other installer simply use box cutter knifes ...
these se guys were meticulous. I saw the whole isntallation ...took 2 1/2 hours ...just for the front...
Very pleased with results . See pics.

I’d suggest having them pound out the rest of the car. I originally thought about bare bones doing the:
front bumper
hood
front quarters
mirros
headlights
but while Car was there had all the rest done:
rockers
rear quarters
a-pillars
rear bumper
wing
doors
trust me, you won’t regret finishing the car, the rockers get pounded, your a-pillars and mirrors will catch shrapnel too......the % of cost to finish the job vs car price is so small, well worth it.

I started with the front as it is well delineated from the rest of the car and also not metal .... for some reason ...I am/was really concern about not altering my original paint finish ... After a few years .... 1) does it remove easily ?....2) difference in paint with the parts that were not wrapped ?
Anybody with experience removing Suntek ultra after a few years?
The installer told me that Expel ultimate leaves a lot of adhesive residue ....hard to remove ...(can’t be good for original paint finish ...)
I may keep this car (hopefully will stick to that !) ...
The installer also just had the 3M rep show him the latest 3M pro series ... he suggested for me to come back when he has had some experience with it .....he was impressed with the performance described by the 3M rep. Appetently , 3M will guarantee the paint after removal ....
Not sure if I just stay with Suntek ultra ....

Wrap the whole car or at least any area that is exposed to damage. Since you’ve started with Suntek, use it for the rest of the coverage. Do not use two different types of film on the same vehicle.
If you know what you’re doing, and any decent installer should, Xpel Ultimate will not leave a residue; and neither will Suntek which is a great film. Both are easy to remove with care.
After removing the Suntek your paint will not be changed in any way.

Ask him to add a piece of wrap to the painted section of the sill plate if he didn't already. That area will see a lot of traffic getting in and out of the car. Cheap insurance in my opinion.

Isn't that looking amazing?
If I could do it again I would definitely wrap the whole car. Nothing protects the paint like a good wrap. Else the scratched and wear make it progressively more depressing as years go by.

Good choice on the additional coverage! I'd suggest getting the rockers done as well. You've already gotten everything else covered. Those sticky Cup 2 tires will fling all kinds of debris on the side of the car at high speed.
