There will also be a less expensive gt53 sedan at some point shortly after... and maybe a more expensive 73 w/eq hybrid assisted power?

Regardless, I want one for my daily driver to replace S8 Plus and already put my name for the first car at my dealer.

AMG GTC Roadster, E63s Ed.1, M8 Comp. Coupe
Not sure if the prices are that high. In Germany, the AMG GT 4 door 63s base car is supposed to be within $8-10K of the base E63s. Unlike the E63s launch edition, the GT 4 door doesn't have CCB's. That of course can change for the US (In Europe, the Ed1 package comes without CCB's as well). I am thinking no more than $140k without CCB's. Time will tell...

The GT was advertised as being the second completely hand built car by amg along with the SLS series. Well that shipped has sailed! Also how does this CLS looking sedan fit into the GT lineup. Makes no sense to me. Maybe this 53 will make all the base GT owners feel better.

Not sure what Porsche has to do with my statement.

This is a step up of the CLS and build along with the CLS and E Class on the same production line.

$145k is the most Ive ordered for anyone... but a GT-R coupe can be near $200k... so a loaded GT63 sedan Id assume not so far off... $150-160k? maybe not so bad.. 630hp, all wheel drive
