9000 rpm on street is just trouble in a lot of respects.

Black series could be the the answer. That would be unique and exotic.

My current DD is the AMG GTS, my prior DD is the 991 GT3.

As I've posted before, the GTS is much more enjoyable for city driving, far more usable torque at lower RPMs, far more punch off the line, much nicer interior, way better stereo and driver's aids. Engine sounds good but different from high pitched wail of GT3.

The GT3 really needs to wind the engine up past 5000 rpm to feel any torque which can be a challenge in daily driving. GT3 shines on the track or for weekend driving with curvy, mountain roads. The wing interferes with rear vsibility, the car is low and scrapes everywhere.

I can envision Cutter commuting to the hospital in his $200K GT3RS with a huge *** wing and wild color like Lizard Green. Sure he could do it but does it make sense?

2018 Solarbeam Yellow AMG GTS
Haha. I’d love to have a Lizard Green GtsRs. I agree that using that as a daily to the hospital would attract a lot of attention for sure.

I’ll drive my stock GTS for a while and then tune it.

I spent several hours in both, and the GTC over the course of 4 days during the AMG Emotion Tour this summer. I can echo many of the comments already stated. All three handled speed, braking, mountain passes and tight turns great. The GTR was the most brutish, a little wider and definitely more track focused. The ones we had in Europe were fitted with the Recaro seats, which I don't think are available here. They may be light, but they weren't that comfortable when you were being slammed side to side. You may also want to consider the GTC - you'll get the extra power, the rear wheel steering, which is outstanding and have your choice of a roadster or coupe. You can;t go wrong with any of them, but I came away liking the GTC best.
