Installed the H&R springs yesterday
Dropped the GTS off at Velos Design Werks in Miami On Tuesday to have the springs installed. First let me say that these guys are great, very professional and treat your ride like it was theirs. I had them install the springs and also get it aligned, the results were great. The car feels good, I tested it in all the modes and it feels a little jumpy in C but I dont drive in C so I'm good with it. In S and S+ you can feel it firm up a lot but not bone breaking like my Bilsteins did in my 63. My initial feelings are that I like it a lot, the car feels more planted and maybe a little less roll. It was great before how it was just feels more solid. See the pictures below...

Thanks and I have to agree the gap just makes the car look off. Now it looks proper LOL
For sure Stephen and thank you for the great work, you guys definitely delivered. See you soon for the wheels and the other things we discussed.
No worries The labor with alignment from a track shop that Velos uses and tax came out to $800 and change. I paid $449 for the springs shipped to my door, got them from Amazon. They had the best deal at the time.

I sorta agree with the rear height thing... I would like it a bit taller in the back but I also still like the way it sits. Need to wait to see where it will settle after a while.

Or you just go straight in and have no understanding of how to drive a lowered car? 35 cars, 10 years, all lowered, no scrapes... you make it seem like its so difficult to drive a car that is lower to the ground LOL.
No issues here:

Most of the shopping centers where I live, the road dips down just before the curb which goes back up. Essentially a V in the entrance. It ain’t flat here. If it were, there would be no issues.

Have to agree with Vic here. Even though my GT R isn’t lowered from stock, I’ve not had any troubles pulling in to driveways, etc. as I will always entre them at an angle. As for parking, the car has a fantastic HD rear camera and is super simple to back into parking spots with, hence I always back in.

MY17 S63AMG - MBUSA Buyback. MY16 SL63 - Sold MY19 W213 E63s. 2020 W213 E63s Wagon
It looks awesome. The issue I had with H&R on the E63s with HAS and H&R is the H&R bottoms out more vs the HAS. Be sure to go over speed bumps SLOW even at an angle.
