I agree with Bish. Usually on a complex photoshop edit like this, you'll see some traces of dithering when you blow the pic up. I don't, shadows and everything just all add/line up. Either it's real or a damn fine photoshop job.
Its photoshopped. Its from rokenr's instagram. He is a huge AMG guy and photo shops stuff in his driveway fairly frequently. He never tries to pawn it off as real though..
