So I use a fantastic independent shop for all of the non-warranty maintenance on all of our vehicles. The guys that own/run it are ex-SCCA racers and only use top-of-the-line Hunter equipment, so I had them check the factory alignment before I took the car out on track for the first time last year. I was pleasantly surprised to find out that front camber from the factory was about -2.2 and rear was about -1.8. They were happy with caster and toe also. I’ve been really happy with tyre wear both on the street, but especially on the track, so I haven’t gone more aggressive; yet. One good thing about our cars is that they use shims to set the alignment and once it’s set, it shouldn’t move, or so I’ve been told. It does of course take longer to adjust though.

Current alignment is
LF=-2.4, Toe=0.03
RF=-2.7, Toe=0.03
LR=-2.2, Toe=0.08
RR=-2.1, Toe=0.06
Corner speed feels much faster with less effort with no trade offs that I could feel.

I was informed by dealer back in late aug about my 19 GT R being produced and waiting for further info. Ever since I heard nothing. Glad to see 2019 model finally making deliveries to customers. Hope mine will arrive soon.

My track is CW with several righthanders including a highly banked corner.
Much more even wear now, where as before I was getting extreme wear on the outer half of the tires and virtually no wear on the inner half.
LF tire still seems to take the brunt of the abuse.

I did not discuss the finer details of the alignment prior to having it done.
The guy that did the alignment was also part of the small group that had input on designing our track.
