Added Another Stripe to my GTR...
 

After much thinking and deciding on what I wanted on the side. I came up with the stripe that is on the hood and used the exact width and had it placed on the side. I feel it changes the look of the car to me. Felt like it was missing something with just the stripe on the hood only that I put on several months ago. Wanted to keep it simple. I've striped every car I've had as of late - lol.

How did you get it so perfect?! Nice job. They are hard to get straight and bubble free...

I didn't install it. Brandy the lady who installed it. Has been doing vinyl, signs, decals. wraps etc... and has 20 years experience.

IDK...needs another strip on the right side of the hood to balance the existing stripe on the left.

Was the stripe applied over the little bit of the clear bra placed on the bottom rear fender by the rocker from the MB factory? Or did you remove it first?

Over the top. Shouldn't be an issue. I'm having the job redone next week. I think it's a bit too wide. Going to have 1.25 inches removed from the wide black band. I'll post better pics when that's done this coming week. One of those pics looks strange the way the light is hitting it and it looks like the door is bulged out or something.

Thick black band definitely too wide and draws too much attention. Good call.

Scheduled this week. Here is a photoshop mock up of it thinner. Def. much better.

Okay, just got the car back this evening. Had it redone with 1.5 inches removed off the bottom part. Was to overpowering and didn't look right before. Much better.
