Not a drop! It’s dry as the Sahara. Thankfully!

I had water issue in the trunk with my 2016 GTS after they replaced the mechanism the raises/lowers the rear spoiler. I noticed that after a car wash or rain, I would get water in the trunk. There are 2 black oval plastic plugs that you will see if the spoiler is up. Somehow they didn't put the plugs back in after they performed the repair. to test, I used electric tape to cover the 2 holes and run it through the car wash and no water. I took it back and sure enough, they said the plugs were missing.

You can always get in the trunck with a flashlight and have someone spray water on the car, make sure that someone will let you out.

This 100%. My C63 was rear ended and during the repairs one of these little plugs wasn't re-inserted. Several months later water had damaged the the electronics and a lot of stuff had to be replaced at cost to the repair shop.

This is also more serious then you might first think. I was using the car for months and it's only because of a very rainy LA winter that something under that unplugged hole filled up with water, corrupting a sensor, and thereby kept the parking break permanently engaged.

There's a comfortable amount of room back there, was in mine today while adjusting the rear dashcam, with the hatch nearly closed, and it was surprisingly spacious.
