Scrapped the 458...took delivery of 2019 Huracan Last Night...
After much dilemma. I decided against a 458 and decided to go with a 488. After hours of watching video reviews and researching. I felt confident in my new found decision. Except for the exhaust, the 488 was suppose to knock my socks off. Truth be told - after test driving the car. I wasn't feeling it. A friend of mine recommended I check out a Huracan. A Lambo was pretty much the last thing on my mind. In the end it all worked out and it was the one. That was one beautiful custom rig that delivered it.

I built a RWD Gallardo back in 04, (back then I could not stand AWD sports cars), and have always had a special spot for Lamborghini's, maybe because I am a Taurus. None of the cars you looked at would have been poor choices, good luck with the one you made.

Cpngrats I loved my Huracan and the race exhaust, clearly an exciting car to have.
Its funny but I too dumped my 2014 458 for the Lambo; you have done well. The grip, launch, and just sheer excitement is worth the price. I did feel it was too much of an "event" car at times though and always found myself choosing my Turbo S for quick runs to the shopping center or errands. But on a wide open road or canyon where you can roam free; what a fawking car.

Congratulations. Awesome car.
Ive been eyeing a Huracan but not sure how I’d feel about driving it to lunch, grocery store, gym, etc. I’ll have to keep telling myself those are the reasons I haven’t gotten one yet LOL.

I’m also waiting for the comparison. They are totally different ways to go fast but which is a better car to drive? I’m not talking about the looks or spectacle but which one is easier to drive fast around a track.

A full detailed comparison review coming this week between the Huracan and the GTR. I'll start by listing some of the things I like in the GTR that the Huracan doesn't have.
- No blind spot assist
- No keyless entry
- No adaptive cruise control
- No lane keeping assist
- No park and hold feature - caught the car rolling forward a couple times after I pressed and released the brake out of habit - yikes
- No automatic high beams
- No memory seats
- No volume controls in the steering wheel
- No trunk space to speak of
- Can't make passenger mirror dip/drop in reverse
