Dual dashcam setup in a roadster

Dual Channel camera setups in a top down car are always a bit more challenging when it comes to the rear view camera. Ideally it should work top up and top down. The AMG GT is challenged since half the rear view window is covered by the height of the soft top storage area and general design of the car.

I wonder if anyone else has done a similar dash cam install? In lieu of a better setup, this is what I came up with on our car. We use a Blackvue DR900s dual channel 4K model.

The rear camera is is attached to the removable clear plastic windscreen. If removal is required the camera unplugs as well. It is above the passenger locking tab so the more out of the line of sight but records OK in any soft top position.
Sorry for the quick/crappy pics. The camera looks crooked but is level The front camera is not visible in driver position which is nice...

Please let me know if anyone came up with a different approach...
