I just noticed that there is an option to have a mini speed display, however it seems to be limited to MPH for some odd reason. I am in canada, is it the opposite for you americans? If there was a way to have KPH there it would be so perfect for me.

Hi, not an American, but British. My Gts dominant speedometer reads mph and the small secondary to which you refer is kph.

I believe it’s for when the vehicle is used in a country not native to where it’s purchased i.e Canada (metric) > US (imp), UK (imp) > Europe (metric), therefore there’d be no advantage to changing it??

Should be settings, instrument cluster, additional speedo...

Also, when selecting the AMG default screen instrument cluster, you have both the miles and kilometers, boost and engine/trans temps... Comes in handy for me when the steering wheel covers part of the speedo.

Sounds like some people have a MPH dial and MPH second display, but others (like Katie) have MPH dial and KPH secondary display. Quite odd.

As someone who likes to have a digital speedo, I would have much preferred the ability to have both the main dial and the mini secondary display be in the same units (like @MalibuScott). That way I can have a digital speedo and free up the main screen for some other function.

I have 3 speed displays all in mph, this is on an 18 gt roadster

1 Standard analog round speedo
2 Digital display in the trip mode (large and free standing)
3 Digital Display in the AMG mode (small and along with gear selection gearbox oil temps and boost)

I normally keep the AMG display up as I like to use the small secondary mph display.

I have just found the additional digital speedo that you are talking of, it can be turned off and on in the settings/instrument cluster.
It is in KPH and I cant find a way of changing it.
My theory is as my standard speedo is in MPH only this is a back up for KPH, if you have a standard KPH speedo this is probably in MPH????????
