Yeah, and those are some of the worse pictures of a car I've ever seen. Take some new ones and learn how to make tack sharp photos, those look like thumbnails. Or maybe it's just the blue. And I see 2007/2008 E63's for that kind of money with lower mileage.

Bottom Line Up Front: You're asking too much money; It's only worth what a buyer is willing to pay.
Photos are poor quality; makes me wonder why you don't post clear, high-quality photos. Wheels are not my cup of tea and the one in the photo appears to have curb rash. The wrap is not a color I look for in a car. Personally, I want the air struts. With that mileage, and no indication of any maintenance performed, I would call it no better than a $10K car; I would go into a purchase expecting to spend $5000 to $6000 to bring it up to full capability.

One can easily see what type of crowd follows which type (range) of cars by looking at the comments
I do agree with those pointing out the poor quality of the photos. Like Hemmings accurately points out: "Pictures sell cars. Period."
Also, for what is worth, try removing the wrap and chances are you will get more money for your Mercedes. Otherwise, you can already see the type of audience you get for a Smurf-wrapped Mercedes.
Service records, clean car, good shots sell more than "mods" any day. At least with a Mercedes-Benz automobiles.
I am confident that perception will change once you follow these small tips and of course, Good Luck With Sale!
