S600 Navigation CD'S

What is the latest version of Nav cd's for the 2003 S600, and where can they be purchased other than the dealer. Is this the right part number BQ 6 46 0208, CD ROM D-NAV?

The latest are dated 11/05 and there are a couple of threads w/ guys selling them for $40/. Search around.
