2002 SLK320 Audio 10
Just purchased 2002 SLK320. Battery had been disconnected, and Radio went into anti-theft mode. Unit was asking for CODE. Please do't beat me up too bad, but I entered the code incorrect three times and now the unit states WAIT. According to Owners Manual, I should leave radio on for ten minutes and unit will reset itself. Unit did not reset during my 45 minute commute this AM. How do I get the unit to revert back to CODE so I can "carefully" enter the correct security code? Thanks.

Is your Audio 10 a cd player? You may need to leave it turned on overnight. If that still doesn't work, the eeprom file may be courrupted and may need to have a new file written to the eeprom. See the link:
