iPod Integration Tester Needed: 98-02 Fiber/D2B
If you are in the Los Angeles area, let me know if you are interested in testing an iPod aftermarket integration kit for a 98-02 Mercedes with fiber optic CD changer. PM me if interested and I'll get you in touch with the right people. The cost is approximately $325 for the unit and this is refundable if it doesn't work.
I have this in my 2000 CLK430 and it works great with my 4GB Nano, but there is some fine tuning to do that they need someone on site to work with and I'm in Seattle.
Basic setup is this: iPod integration kit replaces your fiber optic trunk CD changer. You can use your steering wheel or headunit controls to change the tracks. Functions identically to your CD changer without the hassle.
