MTX speakers?

MTX speakers?
I was looking at some 4" MTX T6.4 speakers for replacing my dash speakers. These speakers apparently can be either coax or component, apparently the tweeters can be mounted in the woofer like 2 ways or they can be mounted independently. I was wondering if anybody has heard these or if they are any good.
They are running for 120-130 but i know where I can get them for 40.
Just wondering if they are worth it?
