figured i'd make a thread detailing my stereo system-
goals-
great sq at very high db levels thoughout a wide range of frequencies. Need to be able to open the doors and attract a crowd at ANY car show. Also, needs to be reliable, fairly light, and work as a daily driver.
Current set-up-
Dash is incomplete, will have 9.2" in-dash and single din dvd/cd/tuner (currently running pioneer, but not likely for long) as well as gauges for my boost, voltage, and fuel pressure. In the past had a 7" widescreen and alpine 7949 source unit.
Processing is image dynamics.
amps are mobile spec (as is my 40 farad capacitor). In the past were PPI Art Series- these are BETTER.
sub stage is stereo integrity, mids are image dynamics, horns are image dynamics, imaging tweeters (in dash, highly attenuated) are boston pro.
