GL320CDI / C63 Edition 507 Coupe (EDP) / E63 S (on order) / G500 / Smart Brabus
Ignoring all the electronics parts you would need to hook it up, you would still need a nice sized Sawzall to hack apart the dash since the G500 COMAND faceplate is much larger than the width of your dash opening.
I hate when people post "my COMAND is for sale you and it's up to you to see if it will work in your car" because then a bunch of posts are made with "how can I make this work in my car?"
The other way you can make it work is to contact Steve ( s_krabbenborg@hotmail.com ) and he'll take your G500 COMAND and $1300 and make it all work.

There is not a single chance you will get it installed in a CLK nicely...you can install a 463 comand in a 463 (obviously) and in a 203 or 209 BUT in that case you already need to run additrional wires which are not needed when installing a 203 or 209 comand (note that all 3 units look the same..but are different nontheless).

Is That the only wiring change i need to do, any info on the pin outs i need. As my local dealer in the UK are still thinking about it. They are very quick at going backwards. Still waiting for the unit to reach me. Only been sitting at Stansted all day waiting for HM Customs to clear it.

Well the 463 Comand turn up this morning. Fitted this afternoon and all worked as a standard CD player. I have a few questions. Where does the CD changer wiring go as the connector is different to the Audio 10. When the car is reprogramed will the speed senc volume work again. And where does analogue speed signal go on the rear of the comand
