CD Changer RIP???

A short week and a half ago,my best buddy in the world worked on my car,doing what he does so throroughly. On my way home,I noticed my 6 disc MP3 changer went blank. FYI - I have the Audio 50 unit which includes the tape deck,and had this changer put in around 2 years ago Anyway,to make a short story long,we tried removing and replacing the fuse (#6) and no lights returned on the changer. Maybe we didn't leave it out long enough which I'm gonna try again this evening,but I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions to help me in yet another dilemma. Thanks in advance to all who reply..

Pulling out/replacing fuse #26 from the drivers side fuse box was the reset my CD Changer needed. Thanks to the site's technical guru, Konigstiger for his always knowledgable assistance
