E320 - No Sound from Radio? Check this out
In the 99 e320 - Bose system - there is a fuse on the side of the cd changer/amp.
There are fuses under the seat for "Radio & Sound System, as well as one on the back of the radio. BUT there is ALSO a fuse on the amp itself I found this by accident as I have seen no previous post of this specific fuse.
How To fix or check
Check fuses under seat for "Radio &* Sound System"
if fuses are good then follow these steps.
1. -Unscrew the 3 phillips head screws
2. Pull up on the sound system to access unit.
3.- check the 20a fuse is on the side of the amp itself.
This was my issue and now resolved. Bose is a great system
