I have a jukebox connected to one of the Aux inputs on the COMAND and, it works fine, however I still have the CD changer on the fibre ring.

You cannot replace the CD changer with a MP3 jukebox. The changer is connected via fiberoptics and 2 power wires. YOu can add a Ipod or similar unit to the AUX input or add a TV tuner with dual a/v inputs. Please check my sit www.mercedesmods.com for more info.
