Gracenotes unable to read cd's
 

Hi, New user here.
I saw some posts about some specific gracenotes problems, but mine is more general. My 2010 S400 Hybrid simply will not recognize any cd's when I try to copy them to the hard drive. I suspect there is a simple fix, but have no idea how to fix this. (they load and copy just fine onto my computer through both iTunes and MS Media player). Any ideas?:confused:
