I was wondering if anyone knew where to get the MB remote for the COMMAND systems? Even better if some knew the part number? Thanks alot

.............you can find it at ebay.de. I have one and can give you the poart number, but the remote is in my other car at the shop. can give you the part number later this week when i pick up the car. There are others on the forum that have the remote that may be able to give yoy the part number sooner. It is a W220 part number.

...............HOWEVER, it is not possible to order the item from a dealer. At least according to RBM of Atlanta, They are not allowed to order it for the US market. Like everything they say, this info is probably false but it looks like the easiest way is to just get onefrom ebay.de

I have the remote also. Not a completeley useful thing, just and extra "feature" I wanted along with tons of other "features" It does only basic stuff like volume, channels, etc.. Almost everything the steering wheel can do. Has a few NAV buttons as well which you can't do from steering wheel. Great for back seat passangers though -- and it's original Mercedes Benz

Can the remote be used on the 2000 CL as well? If so, I want one!

try to send me an email, if the pm doesn`t work. The remote also works on the CL Comands, if it is the old Comand 2.5 from Bosch/Blaupunkt.

Have you mailed my remote yet? I see you say it will work with the Command 2.5, but does this mean it will also work with Command 2.0? I believe that is what the 2001 CLK's have - correct?

Hmm....I didnt see any little light next to the CD player that is supposed to be what you aim the remote at...does this mean I cant use that remote?

Hello, yes, your remote is out since a week! It will also work with the Comand 2.0!
