2011 E350 screen, radio, Command won't turn on.

I Have a 2011 E350 and for some reason the Radio, Nav, Command station won't turn on. I check the fuses (26 & 11) and both are good. I also changed the Aux battery cause it was prompting me to but the Command station still won't turn on. Any suggestion before I take it to the Dealer and spend on something that I could have fixed myself ?
