2010 CL550 with iPhone 6s Plus
Hey guys. I'm trying to figure out how to stream music from my iPhone 6s Plus. I plugged into the MMI cable in the glove box but it doesn't connect. Tried to connec via Bluetooth but only the phone works as it should but no music. Are there any other cables or programs or hacks that I can do to get my phone to work for music streaming??? Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

I have the same car(2010 W216). The car will NOT support Bluetooth audio as you discovered; only bluetooth telephony. Fortunately, the fix is easy. Get a Tune2Air adapter from Amazon. It plugs into the 30 pin Ipod plug in the glove box. I pair my IPhone 6 everyday with this device. Costs less than $100. Works very well. If your car has the integrated 30pin IPod connector in glove box, it will work with the WMA100 model; if not the WMA3000A should work.

Note the "Bovee" is the same unit. Good luck!

I had the same problem in a prior S550 and found a $15 Bluetooth adapter that worked but after selling that car I threw it away.
i now have a 2012 CL550 and wish I kept it...
With that said, how does using one of these work when you want to place a call? I'd think that would be a problem. I don't really recall what I did in my S class but I didn't really use the Bluetooth audio all that much as I remember.
