Android carplay
Good day.
I have a 16`cla45 with the command system.
Im wondering if I could get the android carplay on this?
I just tried to connect my phone threw the smartphone USB, but it says the device cant be used.
What I want is to use the screen for playing Spotify for example.
Another thing is the internet radio.
Today I have to connect my phone by bluetooth and the I can use the Internet radio. This sucks, because I have to go into the settings on the phone to activate the bluetooth internet every time!
Isnt it possible to get a own "sim card" for the car instead? Something prepayed or whatever.
Hopefully someone can help me, because my local dealer sure didnt know ****...

Hi,
If you have a 2016 CLA45 with the command system, and you do not have Android Auto / Apple Carplay, you will be able to add these with the Smartphone Integration package (Code 14U) from Mercedes Benz. Check with your dealer for the addition / installation of this simple upgrade. It is suitable for all vehicles with NTG5*1 COMAND Online up until 30.11.2015.
