Engine noise in speakers

I ran my 2017 glc 300 coupes vin on a vin decoding website. And one of the options I have is called (B63 ENGINE NOISE OVER SPEAKER) I found this to be ridiculous. I don’t know if anyone else has found this out! I always had a suspicion because the car sounds too good in the cabin. But now I don’t know how to feel about it.

I've never understood this. It turns your car into a child's toy with "authentic vroom vroom sound"!

The engineers at MB have thought of yet another way to ruin an otherwise fine audio system!

Broken connector

I have 06 E55 with a notorious center speaker rattle. Bought the replacement speaker and upon removal of the old speaker, the connector snapped in two. When that happened, two wires came out out of the connector. The connector has two ports. First one has "1" on it, second one has "2" on it.

Me question to you guys, does anyone know which wire goes in which port. One wire is solid black, second one is two tone.

Thank you in advance.

See attached picture of the wires.
