My original head unit stopped working, so I purchased a replacement on eBay with the same part number, everything works, back up camera activates, the engineering mode turns on. However, I'm getting the anti-theft protection service required message. I have attempted to reset it disconnect the battery and nothing.
I located a couple different vendors online that can help me deactivate the anti-theft protection but they need to connect to my car remotely via DTS or vediamo.
is there anyone in San Diego that can assist me with this? if so I would greatly appreciate it obviously pay for your time, please let me know.
