I am in the process of a Lease Transfer, I am getting the car from someone. I already went through the credit process and got approved right away. Does anyone know what the next step is? All I got was the approval email for the credit but it did not say anything about the next step. On the bottom of the email it says:

''Note: a lease transfer is not complete until all requirements are fulfilled, including, but not''

It does not say anything about mailing the papers etc...?

Does anyone have experience on how this process works? How long it takes?

I called their customer service but everyone tells you something else...

Any hep would be greatly appreciated!
