Is Multiple Security Deposit based on pre or post tax payment?
 

Question on MSD's. Are they based on the monthly payment as it would have been before applying the MSD's? In other words if the regular payment is $490 but with MSD's the new payment is $440. Are the MSD's $500 each or $450 each.

Also, is it pre or post tax? So if the payment is $545/month before tax and $575 after tax, would the MSD's cost $550 each or $600 each?
