Your car is W245, so perhaps mods can move it to the correct subforum - might get more responses there.
As to the transmission - is it automatic (CVT) or manual?
If automatic, then ATF should've been changed at 60,000 km.
If it wasn't, I'd do it right away.
Actually, even if it was - the 60k km or 5 yrs interval is stated in some service schedules.
The procedure is complicated, and rather demanding in terms of precise oil type (for CVT, not standard AT), correct sequence and temperatures, etc, and a level of cleanliness that must be observed.
I'd suggest either a main dealer, or a very experience independent Mercedes specialist, certainly not your run of the mill "we can fix anything" garage.
Don't know anything about manual transmission, I'm afraid.

Thanks for interest please guide me to right forum.
I got chance to look under hood. Picture attached show the air intake from radiator, actually it was disconnected. It took me lots of viggling to put it back then I have tighten the clamp. I wonder how it was dislodged if it's so hard to put on. But now I think it will function properly.
At 60K service was done at dealer so I hope they did change ATF. Is there any way to find out i am second owner for last 3 years.
So what is the function of this air intake?
I observed even after 4 hours engine was above 80 degree in 1km drive and again transmission service message came up.
Checked out coolent it was just a little lower. So added a little GM antifreeze coolent.
Hope overheating was the only issue.
Planning to change transmission fluid any reasonable private person? Any way to find out how much dealer will char8?
