COMAND and Mercedes APPS

COMAND and Mercedes APPS
I recently picked up a pristine 2017 B250 4Matic with 20,000km on it and the COMAND system in it. The manual mentions Mercedes apps located at http://apps.mercedes-benz.com/apps/ but this link is dead. Is this something that is just no longer supported, or has it migrated to something else and maybe I need to get the latest version of the software on the COMAND? I tried MercedesMe but it says there are zero apps available for my vehicle.
I have the icon for Points of Interest Download, but there doesn't seem to be a way to attach that function to my MercedesMe account.
Has anyone had any luck getting POI from their phones?

On my 2016 C-Class I also have these App showing and also the POI download option however the MercedesMe is not compatible with my car so it might not be compatible with your car.

That's what I was afraid of. My owners manual references a link where the supported apps are located on the Mercedes web site, but the link is dead, and when I contacted Mercedes Corporate asking if there was an updated link, I got the standard "we haven't actually read your email" reply where they told me to contact my local dealer.....

Yeah, they always redirect to the dealer but I would write them back and tell them this app belongs to MB and not the dealership. If you do download the MercedesMe app and you enter your vehicle information, the app already knows if your car will work with it.

Thanks. I did reply but they doubled down and told me that this is a dealer issue. I asked them which dealer manages their web site and they replied that "any dealer can help you". I'm thinking that their customer service email is actually run by AI or script.
