A conditioner issues

He guys I have a MB 1998 E320 that seems to cool very well when I'm driving, but when I stop the darn thing gets warm, 134a is good the compressor kicks on as it should, antifreeze is good, but I still have this issue. Can anyone tell what the problem is Help I'm in Florida and it gets hot as I don't know what here, so please someone out there help a poor hot fellow.
