"Coeh" is a cheap *******. I hope those filters get torn up or burned to pieces before shipping, where the reciever disputes the transaction on paypal. Then he will have no use but to stick those K&n's up his sorry a$$. Boy, he would then regret not selling them to you.

Hello.
I had to say something since this guy doesn't wanna let go. When he first posted his thread selling the filters, I was kinda being a jerk by saying that no one is gonna buy them from him... then I felt sorry for the guy and deleted my message.
A week later, Mike showed interest in the filters and offered Coeh $37.50... So I decided to add the $2.50 that this guy wants to help him out and to apologize for the message I first posted on hhis thread.
Few minutes after I said that I will gladly send him the difference, I receive a PM from him saying: Deal is a Deal, here is my PP address. I sent him $3 + PP fees.
I personally do not care about the $3. What I care about are principles. Principles that this guy doesn't seem to have since he backed out and sold the filters to someone else and didn't even have the decency to refund the $3 I sent him. (Not that I was expecting him to do so)
This coming from the guy who said: Deal is a deal.
To sum up: DO NOT deal with this guy unless you're ready for some serious headaches

As for this whole fiasco deal, guys let it die... good merit needs no return. Just forget & forgive 'cuz there is no winner arguing over this. All parties can learned from their mistakes.
Buyer, I'm sure next time you recognize a great deal (no matter if it's 1$ or 2000$ item), you will send payapl asap.
Seller, I'm sure you have some remorse deep down inside (we're not expecting you to admit it- but sometimes an apologies can go a long way) for not completing the transaction or refund Guilty money (which is part of the transaction.
Just my opinion.

I don't personally know these two, but I've seen mike on forum since I joined late 2010. I can't recall him causing any trouble since I've joined. I've only seen cohen in his used filter thread.
Not taking sides but deal should have been a deal. Most sellers give 24-48 hours for payment, unless it was a high dollar item and payments close the deal.
Seriously though, going back on your word for loose change is disrespectful.

Isn't it implied that an item is not sold untill money recieved?
Sellers have to deal with multiple offers and only 1 buyer can get the item.
If money was not stolen, the sale can not be disputed.
What would PayPal say in this matter?
Also, a buyer should never feel pressured to send money, untill fully comfortable with the sale.
Always get pics first, if you want them.
I dont like seeing car guys upset over deals like this.
The thing to take away is the need for more communication, regarding sale terms, such as deadlines for payment.
If someone wants to know about a bad ebay seller, I was planning a post, to save others in this community, the misery of a complete rip off.
Sellers have to deal with multiple offers and only 1 buyer can get the item.
