The plastic part in the red circle...

This cover is for the W204 platform. The plastic clip of my cover was broken and need replacement.

You are screwed---that part is not available as a separate part---you need to purchase the cover

The best about mb parts is just this - Pick and Pull yard and you might be ale to change the fixing over
