I have C180 Cabriolet with ventilated seats but it only working with heated air only, how can i turned to cooled air?

Someone may need to correct me on this. There should be a two buttons on the door: one for heated seats and the other for ventilated seats. If you only have one then you don't have cooled seats.

Well mrmarie, you do indeed have ventilated seats.

The disconnect is, this feature consists of a fan beneath the bottom seat cushion that blows ambient air.

I have this feature on my GLC. Am disappointed in that, in my view, its very ineffective.

In my vehicle, you can turn heat and cool on simultaneously. That being said, assuming only the cool is on and blue lights displayed, when I have the air on, they work great!

It only light orange, how to turn it to blue it?

i have an issue with my driver's side ventilated seats, where there is a loud mosquito like noise coming from the actual button when you press on it. Fortunately, it doesn't make the noise when the heated seats are used. Still got to take it in one day for service...

if you press the front ventilation button only and it doesn’t light up blue, you have an issue. Time for service.

more like if it only lights up orange, it means you dont have ventilated seats? at least in my 2020 c43, i have 2 separate buttons for heated and ventilated.

hoping it was resolved during the past 4 years one way or another... considering its a c180 - wondering if the ventilated seats were even an option.
