When is enough enough?! Please advise!
I have a 2019 C300 Coupe AMG Package. I leased my vehicle brand new coming up on two months ago now, I just got my permanent tags. It has been in service at Mercedes Benz I believe 4 or 5 times now for various mechanical failures and two separate rattling/rubbing noises.
My question is, what are my options with the car being a lease? Do I ask Mercedes to replace the vehicle? Is that even an option? Do any lemon laws etc apply here?
Do I keep the car and hope for the best when I get it back this time?

Yes, I'm reading up on them now. However, it's a bit confusing regarding a lease, one web page will state that a lease can fall under lemon law and another state's that a newly leased vehicle is ineligible for lemon law.

AC/Heat acting up, brought in two times-first time they ran a diagnostics test and claimed no issue, second time they claimed no issue and I had to go into detail with the mechanic that my salesman and I had just driven it and he experienced the issues, mechanic stated, "oh, no one told me it was doing all of that, I'll order a new control panel" it's in now for control panel install and meanwhile, while waiting on control panel to arrive passenger side window stops working, trunk kick to open doesn't work and there's a rattle in gauge cluster and a metallic/glass sounding rubbing noise near the windshield on passenger side, I have not been able to pin point where it is coming from. So 3rd time in. My speakers also rattle like crazy and they refuse to acknowledge it. They told me, "Don't play rap music"

For lemon law you need to take it in I think 3 or 4 times for the same issue. which for you would be AC/Heat issue.
Need to talk to lawyer on that
The others are on their first and yeah it sucks for a car this $$$$ to have any issue.
Let the dealership know.
Talk to salesman - talk to service Advisor let them know how dissapointed you are.
Maybe try another dealer.
Baton Rouge, Metarie & a new one in Covington.
Always the one I go to In Biloxi.
Good Luck.

Under the law of most states, for a vehicle to be considered a lemon, the car must 1) have a "substantial defect," covered by warranty, that occurs within a certain time after purchase, and 2) continue to have the defect after a "reasonable number" of repair attempts.
Typically, a car is considered a lemon if a mechanical defect cannot be repaired after four attempts, or if the car was out of use for thirty days during the first 12,000 miles of use.
The question in your case is whether your AC problem is a substantial defect. This could be tough to prove. If I were you, I'd try to get the situation rectified as best as you can through your dealership. Perhaps a new lease on another car?

I leased from Mercedes Benz of Covington, however, the car was brought over from Mercedes Benz of Baton Rouge (where I purchased my second MB, a 2014 CLA 250 AMG Package that I had difficulty letting go of lol, beautiful car. There was only two coupes on the MBOC lot and the wood grain to interior color match was awful. I was offered a dark gray 4matic with grey wood but it looked brown so I passed even though the car was discounted due to being hit by a woman leaving the dealership as soon as they rolled it off of the truck, she paid repairs in cash.
I really wanted white (or black or even the dark gray would suffice) with burgundy interior but no such luck in the south. Now I just want my $60,000 worth lol!

I was in LA now in MS. - Cheaper taxes and insurance and the roads are better.
Might I suggest taking car to MB of New Orleans on Veterans or call them and discuss if worth while.
or try again with Covington but let them know you are not happy and hint to them "Hey how does the lemon law work"

The first time that I brought it in for the AC/Heat when they brought it into the shop and ran a diagnostic test, we told them to make sure that it was written up as service. I don't think that they did, would that not be a type of fraud?

They said that nothing pulled up, that it was fine and nothing was wrong. No paperwork, nothing. I didn't even think about asking for a paper.

w/o proof that time will not count....
MAybe they did what they did to get you out quicker that first time....so do nothold against... unless becomes pattern.
Lets see if this new part does not fix your issue.... and make sure they understand how all the squeeks and rattles etc are serious issues to you.
Record them on your phone... show them they exist. test drive with Service adviser.
Tell them you will not accept UNABLE TO DUPLICATE as you shwowedthem up front,
as for trunk kick thing... I found it works when I do it correctly... I look like a goofball kicking a imagined ball under car bumper...
Wish they would explain how it works better so I knew how to kick better... like where is sensor so I kick in right spot... etc...

Get your phone out and start taking pictures or videos of the issues and then set up a time to go to the dealer and talk to the service manager or general manager, try to be nice and don't mention "lemon law" because I don't think the issues and number of times get you there. Be nice and ask them how they're going to get things fixed. Show them the videos or have them go for a ride and video that too. Anything as complicated as the computer on wheels that cars are today are bound to have problems, it's how and if and when they are fixed and how the dealer treats you that matters. I'd try the dealer you bought from and then if after that visit it's not fixed tell them to set up an appointment with the regional MB rep and that you want to go over things with him. Hoping from dealer to dealer just doesn't work.

I’ve had my car back for one day and the gauge cluster and passenger seat (sounds like the headrest) are still rattling away

Seat is rattling again! Something in the dash around the center control panel area is rattling off and on and my shift stick is rattling. I am so over driving a $60,000 car that sounds like junk!! I really do not think that I will purchase another Mercedes vehicle again and I've owned three!I am so sick of my brand new car staying in the shop!
And what would be the point in filing for lemon law when the dealership states that all new C300s have the same issues?!
Is this not grounds for a recall of all new C300s?
