Mercedes connect issue - “connecting” or “offline”

Recently my C300 (late 2019 model) has stopped connecting and no longer shows live traffic info or updates to the app, after digging through the menus I can see the car isn’t connecting and showing “online” in the Mercedes me connect tab in the connectivity tab, I’ve raised this with Mercedes however they keep going round in circles saying LTI is showing to the vehicle and ignoring the connectivity issue (they are as useful as a handbrake in a canoe).

Is anyone having or had these issues? My vehicle has a 4G LTE model so it’s not the vodaphone 3G switch off I’ve seen elsewhere.

I’m hesitant to take it to a dealer as ill end up paying an arm and a leg for diagnostics and they try swapping out parts left, right and centre.

Any help would be appreciated!

My 2021 C220 lost 4G LTE connectivity about 3 days ago, mines exactly the same as your screenshot.
I took it to the dealer yesterday, they raised it with Mercedes Me support, their reply was to contact Vodafone, which I have done and Vodafone told me to register my account while connected to the cars WiFi hotspot, but that doesn't work because the 4G isn't connected.
Waiting on more replies from Vodafone and Mercedes Me support now.

Same here, I’m having a lot of conflicted messages from Mercedes trying to fob me off; 1. There was an outage at the time (not correct) 2. I need to deal with Vodaphone as my internet has expired ( I’ve never had an account with vodaphone) 3. They can see constant updates to my vehicle (despite me clearly showing in multiple emails/photos the issue persists).

If you get any updates keep me in the loop and I’ll do the same.

P.S did you just take the car to the dealership or did you arrange an appointment?

I turned up at the dealership without an appointment, and they cc'd me on an email to Mercedes Me support.
Mine randomly fixed itself yesterday, not sure if its anything Mercedes or Vodafone did or if there was just a network problem here or something for a few days.

I was on the app and tried to send an unlock command to the car and it worked, then I got in and 4G was connected
I was able to register the car to my account with Vodafone then via the hotspot on internetinthecar.vodafone.com
