Mercedes connect issue - “connecting” or “offline”
Is anyone having or had these issues? My vehicle has a 4G LTE model so it’s not the vodaphone 3G switch off I’ve seen elsewhere.
I’m hesitant to take it to a dealer as ill end up paying an arm and a leg for diagnostics and they try swapping out parts left, right and centre.
Any help would be appreciated!
I took it to the dealer yesterday, they raised it with Mercedes Me support, their reply was to contact Vodafone, which I have done and Vodafone told me to register my account while connected to the cars WiFi hotspot, but that doesn't work because the 4G isn't connected.

P.S did you just take the car to the dealership or did you arrange an appointment?
Mine randomly fixed itself yesterday, not sure if its anything Mercedes or Vodafone did or if there was just a network problem here or something for a few days.
I was on the app and tried to send an unlock command to the car and it worked, then I got in and 4G was connected
I was able to register the car to my account with Vodafone then via the hotspot on internetinthecar.vodafone.com
