At stop rpm's up and down
at a stop my 96 c220 revs between 5000-10000 sometimes 15000 and i cant figure out the problem can someone help? pretty sure i have a vacuum leak somewhere

See what codes the car is spitting out. Go to any autozone or similar store and ask to use the OBD II reader.

p0441 is the code. EVAP system incorrect purge flow. how do i fix this annoying problem?

check your mass air flow meter. my 94 c280 has the same problem

mine has the same thing ,,, i've checked the the mass air flow meter there was a tiny whole in it ... that's why the rpm goes up & down
