HELP! My car throwing codes, anyone know?

Was 89' 300E, Now 93' 500SEL
HELP! My car throwing codes, anyone know?
Hello people! I just recently purchased a 1996 C280 and the car isnt turning over. I scanned it and it showed 2 codes. First code is under:

EA/CC/ISC
115 can No Reception from HFM N3/4

and

HFM/MEZ
117 Attempted to start with RCL locked.

The car turns over but wont fire. We just bought a new ecu and now im guessing something is locked up causing the car not to fire up? Please give me any help or advice. Thanks
