Need help figuring this out. Center console buttons not working....trunk wont open, windows dont work and side mirrors wont adust. The lights on the buttons work and the windows did close when the key was inserted into the door. Does this mean that the whole center console switch board is bad.

i am also having same problem, somebody must know the answer to this, fuse is ok.
